In 2007, I was traveling with work in Arizona. I ended up in one of those
towns where everyone knows everyone about two hours outside of Phoenix. In short,
I showed up at a bar with someone’s ex wife and it presented a problem.
I defended myself, knocked the guy out with one punch, and calmly left the bar
like I was being screamed at to do by this guy’s “people.” Well,
with the only Texas plates in town it wasn’t hard for the police to spot
my truck and pull me over. Not able to do anything to me for the conflict at
the bar, they gave me a DUI instead and the State later picked me up on assault
charges as well. Luckily, I had a friend that told me about Mark DuBiel.
From the very first interview, I felt like I was “taken care of.” I
had to constantly travel, so I needed someone who really knew what they were
doing and could represent me without being there at times. Even when Mark was
busy, I felt comfortable with Lissa keeping me update with my cases. I moved
back to Texas to be with my newborn son later that year which made it almost
impossible for me to go to Arizona for a court date if I needed to. Fortunately,
a year after the charges were put on me, I received a call from Mark letting
me know both cases were dismissed. I never even had to step foot in a courtroom!!!

My husband and I want to thank you for your help with my son’s case.
As you know, he was charged with criminal speeding, reckless driving and racing.
An 18 year old with an otherwise “clean record.” One bad judgment
call on his part, racing a friend, could have landed him in jail and no license

son could retain his license and most of all, did not have to go to jail. He

Today, I am 30 years old, and during my young and wild years (8 years ago)
I got myself into a bit trouble. I was recently arrested for a warrant issued
in the year 2000; yeah it really was that old. Now I was facing some jail time,

When I found myself in some trouble while on vacation, I did not

Just a quick note to thank you for referring Mark DuBiel. Here's

On October 28, 2005 I was arrested for a DUI. I like to think of
myself as a responsible individual, that wouldn't put others or
myself at risk by driving intoxicated. I also knew how adversely
having a DUI on my record could affect my career and my future.
I had to fight this charge.
In speaking to a good friend who had some acquaintances who have
been in the same unfortunate situation, he strongly said to me "You
want Mark DuBiel to represent you!" I took his advice and it was
some of the best advice I have ever had.
In my initial meeting with Mr. DuBiel, he made sure I was at ease,
and assured me with his representation he would do everything in
his power to clear me of these charges. One of the most important
services Mark DuBiel provided was making multiple court visits on
my behalf, saving me from taking valuable time off of work. Moving
on to my case, it certainly was not the easiest, and presented some
